| What would happen if my web site Exceeds the Account Limits? |

If your web site usage (Web Space and/or Traffic) hits the Limit of your Current Plan, you will be notified by email. You may then reduce your usage or upgrade your plan accordingly. | |
| Can I host my web site with Riverpark PC if I already have my Domain Name? |

Of course. It's even easier if you already have your domain name registered. All you need to do is to point your domain name to our server after you sign up an account with us by setting the DNS (Domain Name Server) Entries to:
NameServer1: ns1.riverparkpc.com.au (208.101.33.218)
NameServer2: ns2.riverparkpc.com.au (208.101.24.200)
Please do not enter the IP addresses (208.101.33.218/208.101.24.200) unless asked. | |
| What is the best way to get technical support? |

Absolutely Not. Your web site is yours. We don't add anything to it. |
| How long does it take to have my account activated? |
|
Your account will be activated as soon as your payment is processed, usually within 24 hours, however, if your payment isn't received/authorised your account will be suspended until payment is received in full. You can start setting up your web site right away unless you have just registered your domain Name.
The newly registered Domain name or one that you are transferring to Riverpark PC from another hosting service provider may take up to 72 hours (usually much less) to fully register around the Net. This is because of safeguards built in to the Net for your protection. There is no way to speed up this process. But this should not hold you up with the preparation of your web site. (Sometimes you may have to force-refresh your ISP's cache by pressing Ctrl & F5 keys simultaneously)

| Can I cancel my account at anytime? |
Yes. You can. Just send your cancellation notice to us. Your account will be cancelled within 2 business days from the time we receive your notice. Your Credit Card will not be charged from then on. (Please Note: You will not be entitled to a refund if paid in advance)
*Also be sure to keep a backup of your site before you cancel, as your site will be deleted from the server. | |

Yes, you can. Our email service can be additional to your current address(es). You may use our email forwarding feature to simply forward all messages to your new email addresses OR your existing email account outside of Riverpark PC. You will set this up in cPanel | |

| Do I still need my ISP to access the Internet? |
|
Yes, you do. We host your web site so that everyone in the world with a Internet connection can see your web site. But you still need your own ISP (i.e. Internet Service Provider) to get on to the Internet. | |

Yes. Frontpage extensions are supported on all accounts. | |

| Can I pay my account by Cheque or Money Order? |

Yes, you can. Please make out your Cheque or Money Order to
Riverpark PC
